Interview Letter Received from LA Office

Hi All.

I have just received a letter from LA office. It is just a sheet saying:

Please come to the office shown below at the time and place indicated in connection with an official matter.

Office Location: ...
Date and Time: ...
Officer: ...
Reason for appoitment: Application for adjustment of status.

Then at the bottom:

Please refer to he attched appointment check list ...

However, there is nothing attached. It is not like what I read from prvious posts.

Now my questions to gurus who got interviews, did you receive the same thing? without a check list?

My case: I-140 approved on 4/5/05; 485 filed 7/11/04 and got transferred on 4/28/05.
