Interview letter arrived!

My lawyer got the I-485 Interview letter today for Jan 10. Dont know yet if I got approved or not, they still dont update my case online. :D
 
U need to first go for the interview.

U'll get an idea of what direction u're heading after the interview.

Like if my application i-485 was approved.sOME PEOPLE GET AN APPROVAL ONLINE, or so I've read ;)
 
In ur case u got an interview letter.

The folks who get approved don't have to go for an interview...u do.

Granted, by some Houdini procedure someone somewhere happens to get an interview letter and then gets approved before the interview date but that is one in 10 million or less....u either get approved or u get an interview letter not both.

There are two kinds of people: People who get approved without interview, and people who have to have the interview. Recieving the interview appointment shows that you are in the latter category. You won't receive any approval of I-485 until after your interview. Good luck.

I didn't know that, but anyhow, it dont matter!! hehe, I'm just happy that I finally got the interview notice!! :D
