i am dv 2005 winner , my interview is in 22 august in riyadh saudi arabia , i did my medical exam today it is too easy , i hope the intreview become like it , i would ask about the fees , in interview letter they write 755 $ , is this the whole fee to be paied , and is there a defrence in fees from countrey to other one , and if i don't get the visa what happen to fees .

As far as I am aware, the actual fee for the Immigrant Visa is $335. In India, one pays an additional surcharge of $45. It might be different in Saudi Arabia, but $755? It's best to check with the US Embassy in Riyadh. Their website doesn't indicate any difference in fees (the fees page links to the USCIS website):

I have no idea what kind of an interview to expect as a DV applicant in Saudi Arabia. Most people on here apply in the Employment Based category, and are Indians. However, do post your experiences on here -- they'll be helpful to future applicants.

It is $380 now and it is collected by St. Louis facility in the US. So, no more payments at the consulates. Hope that helps!!
