Interview in February 2010 -- Not received Oath Letter

Just checking to see if anyone is waiting on oath letter for interview held in February 2010. I passed the interview on February 19, 2010 at San Antonio, TX and haven't heard anything since then. The officer told I passed the interview and should wait for the oath letter. The copy I got is very bad and I can barely read the name of the office who interviewed me. Is it too early to contact USCIS and check on the status? Can you post the number to call and how can I find out the name of the interviewing officer?
