Interview in Detroit - need a lawyer

If your case is EB then one does not need an Attorney to go with for an interview. If you still think you need one here is one

I will vouch for her too. She's not my lawyer but often times has been source of helpful information. She has never shied away to help me when I have asked her many different questions. I have never met her but she still helps out because she processed few of my friends cases. And I still ask her specific questions that she always helps answering.

Just to let you know guys that w did use services of Sandra Gross. Thank you for your advice. Luckily, she didn't get to talk during our interview yesterday. Questions were standard, the officer did not mention AC21 or any other issues. Passports were stampted.

my case was transferred on Feb 6 . I received a letter for interview on Feb 18. The interview was scheduled for Mar 18.
we think that it was AC21 that triggered the transfer.
When you get the date for the interview, you will also receive a list of what documents for bring with you.
Taking a Lawyer is always a good idea even though you are not required to do so.
