Filed 485 in March, FP in June, Interview successfully completed at local office in Oct. BUT did not get a stamp on pp. No approval letter until Jan. His J1 expires in March. So he now filed EAD application to Vermont which now has been allocated to local office. He is almost on verge of discontinuing his job because no EAD, no formal approval of 485. What to make of this case.
