Interview for green card- urgent help!!!
Hello All,
Need some guidance. I am applying for green card through my wife. I had applied intially from New Jersey , I have since I moved to Phoenix but have my drivers license , bank statements and auto insurance still at the same new jersey address. My wife also has a job now in phoenix, will this affect my greencard.
The second one is I was arrested on 2 counts of domestic battery but the case was discharged and my public record was expunged. I have the copy of the court document stating that the case was closed .
Will there be any problems for my green card.
