My case is for future employment. I worked for for my petioner compant for 2-3 months ( after a long time after I got my EAD)

I am currently not working for my petioner company. I would like to know your thoughs on how this should be handled in the interview?

Should we be using AC-21?

Should we say I plan to work for the company after I get my GC?

What should be the approach?

Thanks

You have not informed the USCIS so far about your new employment? ( Ac-21)

Do not take any chances, contact an attorney for advise and better still make sure he is with you for the interview.

Just use the AC-21. It is better the future job. Using AC-21 is nothing but providing the EVL from your current employer.
