First I want to thank everyone in this forum for helping me. I had my interview in San antonio on Jan27th.The interview was just for 5 mins and everything went well but they are waiting for my "Background check from FBI".The interviewer was decent and just asked us few questions like :How long we have been married?..Do I get annoyed at my husband?..and those "No"Questions on I-485.
Interviewer said that his hands are tied becos of these results from background check.He Approved my EAD and Advance parole and said it will come in two weeks.Other than that he said everything Looks good.My Husband asked him if we have to come for one more interview, Interviewer said wedon't have to come agin all we have to do is wait for GC.
He also said that they used call FBI for results for each case but now FBI asked them to stop doing this.So he said he was helpless.I guess I have wait.
