For the last 7 months this website was my best friend (I got good advice,we've shared stories and experiences ) and I just wanna say Thank U to everyone who helped me and Good luck to all of you !
We had our interview in Mt Laurel,NJ yesterday.
It was easier that we've expected and it was only 15 minutes
Our officer was a very polite old man who already had our file on the table.
He was pleasantly surprised when he saw that we had a well -organized binder with all the documents required.
He just verified the informations that we've already submitted (our names, where we live,where we work,when did we got married,where... )
He asked how we met and if any of our family members were present at the wedding.
He asked for any joint bills - and he was happy with only the lease of the apartment and this year joint taxes ! (he made copies )
He said he has enough informations,can we show him some pictures ?
I gave him a Scrapbook that I made for my husband's birthday.
He looked at half of the pictures,smiled and then asked for my passport and sign it !!
He said Congratulations,you should get the card in the mail in the next 2 weeks !!
