Interview Experience at Hartford DO

Hi,

I had my interview at the Hartford DO last week. I have prepared for the interview and got there 30 mins before my time. The waiting area was almost full. I was called on time, the interviewing officer was nice. The officer went over the application just like everyone else, asked me the questions and had me write a sentence.

I had provided some supporting evidence that the officer deemed as insufficient, so the officer gave me a continuous letter asking for clearer evidence with a 30 days deadline. I did the next day.

Towards the end the officer told me that they are also waiting on the background check to come back and unless that comes back they won't be able to approve the application.

Hartford I-400 Interview

I have an interview on Jan 11, 2006 in Hartford. What was the supporting evidence that the officer deemed as insufficient?

Also, Did he officer ask for documents that are outside of the list that was mailed with the INS letter.

Thanks in advance.

It was related to a court paper that i was supposed to have it stamped. It was on the list. I thought I sealed it but the officer asked for a different form ( Officer was not familair with the form I provided).
