Today i attended interview at Chicago. INS officer was a lady she is friendly to a maximum extent. Interview lasted for around 15 minutes she verified documents like Employment Verification Letter of my husband(primary) and since i am working my employment verification letter, tax transcripts, marriage certificate joint bank statements, insurance etc. Looked at our passports, drivers license and EAD. Then she verified whether our fingure prints results were there.
Finally she said since visa numbers are not availabe cannot approve the case. We will receive approval notice once visa numbers are available.
