Hi,

Just had my interview on Friday, 6/22 in San Antonio. Mine was scheduled at 2:15pm, but they were running about 45 min late. The officer was very nice and friendly. He went over my form, mainly to check if anything changed from the time I sent in the N-400 and interview date. He wrote two things- 1) that I rent and live with two room mates; 2) my two traffic citations. Then, he gave me the test. I had to write one line. My civic questions were:

1. Who is the governor of TX?
2. Where is the Statue of Liberty located?
3. Name two national holidays?
4. What is your responsibility when you become a citizen?
5. What is the capital of US?
6. Can't remember the sixth question. It was easy.

His computer system was creating a lot of problems. Apparently, it indicated problem with my biometrics. The officer attributed that to the system problems and asked me not to worry. He printed a copy indicating the results of the exam. When he gave it to me, I noticed it had the "cannot make decision" checked. I pointed that to him because he had already congratulated me for passing. He apologized and blamed it on the system. He printed a correct form.

Then, he said that my case will now be forwarded for final approval. There will be one more security check and that I should receive the oath letter in 2-4 weeks.

Any idea how long it takes for oath to be scheduled? Does it take few months?

Thanks.
