Interview dates different

Hi Folks

Both me and my wife have different dates for our Citizenship interview? Would INS accomadate both of us if both of us go on the same date & time?

Probably not, since cases are typically assigned to different IO's even if you did get the same interview date. That said, it would be rather interesting to see if you could get away with it... probably the hardest part would be getting past the "door screener" who checks appointment letters before letting you into the waiting room.

I don't think USCIS will do that.

there is a possibility you both can have on the same day. It might depend on IO taking your interview. Just in case, you both should go to interview.

In our case, my wife and I had same day interview but different timings. Mine was in the morning and my wife's late in the afternoon. During my interview, IO gave another inteview letter for my wife so that she can attend immediately after me. Basically this new interview letter is like entry pass to go for the intereview. My wife was waiting for me in the car. She attended interview immediately.

Thanks for your response. I will give a shot at it even though my wife's is late in the afternoon and mine is early morning the next day
