Hi,

My VISA number for the 2005 DV lottery is below the October cut off number for Africa which is 9900. I have not yet recieved the letter from KCC notifying me of my interview date. Do you think I should send them a mail or call them, inquiring on this issue.

I am a bit hesitant to do this since they said they should not be contacted for visa dates.

I known that they will send you the interview letter 6 weeks before your interview, that means that your dead line is the 15th of September in case your appointment is for the last day of October. But, it's better you call them rigth now instead of send an email.
