I applied on the basis of the 3-year eligibility rule (USC spouse) on December 01, 2009. I got my temporary green card on Feb 24, 2007. In April of 2009, I got my permanent resident card after the approval of I-751 (removal of conditions)
I applied some 87 days before the 3rd anniversary of my Green card and people around me were very skeptical that I should wait at least till February of 2010 to apply. After reading people’s experience on this forum, I was also worried that if my interview date fall before Feb 24, 2010 than I won’t get a decision on my case. I kept my figures crossed,applied and did a walk-in finger-print pretty much the next day after receiving the FP notice. A couple of days ago, I got my interview date notice on March 02, 2010. Seems like every thing is working at a right pace!
I was just wondering if the USCIS purposely gave me a date after my 3rd year anniversary or it was just a chance. All comments are welcome!

12/16/2009 Finger Print done (walk-in) Scheduled date was 12/31/2009
01/22/2010 Email received, Case sent for a standard interview.
03/02/2010 Interview date at 1305 at Santa Ana Field Office
