Interview date for DV-2003

Hello, I won DV-2003 lottery and my envelop No is 308++ for Europe, somebody can tell me, when I suppose to get an interview or how can I see visa bulletins for the previous years,
if now it's shown for Feb-03 aprox. 22000 numb of interviews ??
