We applied for Citizenship 3 months before we hit 5 years. Fortunately or unfortunately, hubby's name check cleared really quickly and his interview was scheduled before he completed 5 years. A week before the interview, the IO who is going to conduct his interview called him up, explained the situation and said that his interview will be rescheduled for later.
We are not worried or anything, but just curious if anyone else had this happen to them or if anyone have their interview before they completed the required time duration? Or for that matter even have their oath happen before they complete 5 years or 3 years, whatever their requirements might be.
