Interview: Certified English translations ?

To those guys who have successfully passed the interview.

Could you, please, say what does "Certified English translations" of foreign documents mean ?
As to my foreign documents submitted to INS, I made translations by myself and stated that they are accurate. My signature was verified by a public notary. Is it enough for the interview ? What other people do ?

Just want to be prepared when my turn breaks...

Incase they r not in English, use trustforte or similar company to get u'r edu qualifications verified/translated.
