Interview call for Sister and her childrens CSPA Rules

This month my sister received a letter from NVC for her husband, and 3 children over age 21 for Visa Interview in September. All 3 children are above 21 years of age and in our case visa approval was delayed for 5 and half years so CSPA Rules apply and all 3 children visa fee is paid.

But now they receive another letter for Mumbai Consulate and it does not show 3 children's name on the list and the interview date is same. What should I do?

It seems like NVC has already sent it to Mumbai, contact Mumbai Consulate immediately to resolve the issue. No sense contacting NVC at this point.
 
As long as NVC has all the five names, I shouldn't worry about it. Make sure all of them show up for interview!
 
I want to thank this board memebers. My sister her husband and All 3 childern (age 26, 23, and 22) recevied their under VISA CSPA rules today.

special thanks to Triplle citizen and S K Gori. you are all are been very useful. if any one need any infromation please let me know. only thing I did was wrote a letter to NVC when my sisters file paper work came last year and I saw that all 3 children name was not on the list for visa fee. As soon as I sent them a letter requesting look into CSPA rules they asked me to send visa fee for all 3 children. After 9 months past finally they got the visa when they were intereviewd last week
