We were chosen to be interviewed by Boston INS for green card aproval last year. Boston INS scheduled us to be interviewed this June. Then something happened in INS and they reschedule our interview one more time to this August.
My attorney said that Boston INS may not have received our security check from FBI at the date of our interview because FBI just forget to send these doc to INS sometimes. Attorney said that nothing they can do. If Boston INS does not receive our docs at that time, INS will hold our green card application until they receive the docs from FBI.
Anyone has any similar experience and give me some advice?
