interview at SF, questions...

Hi all,

I finally got my interview scheduled on July 28th at SF, however, problems still continues...
1. original fingerprinter expired already, but haven't received redo notice.
2. company's 2002 tax return is required for interview, and we don't have it, since the company is doing late-file, which is the end of this year.

Do you think it will cause problems? what will be my options? Please respond and thanks!

It's a straight case, nothing changed during the whole process. I have no idea what the interview for. RD06/2001
 
1. SF office will reschedule your FPs if the officer thinks that you need to redo your FPs. The worst thing is if they don't approve the case immediately (I hope and wish that they do approve it immediately) at interview time, it seems they are taking a lot of time after FPs.
2. Take 2001 tax returns with you along with a letter from your company saying that they are late filing 2002 tax returns.

My wife had interview on 13th Feb only at the time of interview officer told her that her FP was also expired and let her do the 2nd FP on the same day at broadway ASC. But since then we are waiting for her approval.

If your FPs are expired and you don't have 2nd FP done as of yet then probbaly officer wil ask you to do the 2nd FP. Ask him if you can do the 2nd FP on same day at boradway.

but still you have some time hope you will get 2nd FP notice by then.

Thanks for your input! I guess I'd better prepare myself for the worst...INS just can't get anything done correctly!!!

how long have you been waiting for the interview after you case was transfered to SF office?
