Friend of mine has a very old 485 pending at newark NJ. He was interviewed 10 days ago and was informed that he is all set but dont have the PD rightnow and informed him that they will mail his GC once he has the PD.
He got a request for interview again 10 days later, he assumed its accidental and contacted newrk office and the IO who interviewed him the first time informed him that honestly he finished it the first time but supervisor requested 2nd interview?
Does anyone have similar experiences? Why would they keep asking to come every 10 days for an application which doesnot have PD? I mean this case is very very old EB3 2002 July PD.
