My case has been transfered to Newark for a standard interview for AOS. I read on this forum that around 30 to 40 % of the applicants are called randomly unless one has a arrest record.
I am with the same employer who filed for GC and my salary is around 3 K less than that mentioned on the labor. Is this an issue?
There is no arrest record and I have never been out of status.? Any links to interview experiences in Newark?
Is there something I need to worry about ?
