I have my Interview on 4th June, 2008 at Mt. Laurel. I was not expecting the IL to come so quickly ( I applied in March and did FP in April). I was out of the country for a 3 weeks in May and during that time the letter came.

I am worried about 2 documents that i dont have. My Tax transcripts ( I have ordered it and it will take 7-10 days) and a few speeding tickets.

Not sure what will happen if i dont produce these documents especially if they ask for it.

Would appreciate any help.

thanks,

-Krish

Hey Krajan02..
Don't fret. You just need PP and GC primirily everything else is rarely asked to be shown.
I finished my interview about a month back, my wife took oath but my self had a issue with how my name is on GC and PP (Please search NBK10081 in user box for my experiences at Mt laurel DO). I am waiting for my oath letter.

Regarding the transcripts if you still want to have it..call IRS and ask them to fax..they would do it. They faxed me (Warning..be prepared to be on hold with IRS phone line for atleast an 1hr or so) Other wise your regular returns should suffice.
Finally regarding the speeding tickets.....don't even bother. Just let them know that u have couple of tks and give details you remember. I bet they would not ask any thing more than that).

Otherwise its a cakewalk at Mt laurel.

NBK.

hi!

Hi!

All you need is passport(s), green card, driver's license. They have all this information you. You just need to be honest. Answer the questions honestly.

Good luck to ya. I took all these unnecessary documents. They were never asked for.

Best,
-jedi

nbk10081 , you mentioned that you got your tax papers faxed. When i called them they said they can only send it by post as its huge.

what kind of papers did you get faxed, were they summary or all the details?

let me know ASAP as i am running out of time.

thanks
