Interview and Oath overseas?

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to do the citizenship interview and take the oath overseas at the closest US embassy or consulate? We live overseas, my husband works here for a US company, I am pregnant with our 4th baby, so it's not really easy for us to travel to the US for the interview and then the oath.
Thanks,
Patricia

I'm confused - do you meet the requirements for continuous residence in the US? I thought you must be physically present in the country with no breaks of 6 months or more in the last 5 years to qualify. If you have "lived" overseas for more than 6 months then you would not qualify to even apply for citizenship.

To your original question, I don't know that the USCIS does anything oversease, I though all processing takes place in the US as you must apply to an office based on your residential address in the US, which you may not have by the sounds of things.

Cheers,
Brian
