The fact that you are not working will not impact your citizenship application. However, as noted above, you will need to show how you are supporting yourself. Bank records, 401(k) statements etc. can help prove this as can pay stubs from spouse or other family member. Basically, they want to make sure you haven't turned to a life of crime. Might also help to prepare a folder on what you have been doing to seek new employment - resumes sent, employers contacted, interviews conducted, jobs applied for etc. That shows that you are making a good faith effort to seek employment. Probably not necessary, but better safe than sorry.Nothing.
You'll probably have to convince the IO that you are not doing anything illegal to make ends meet.
