Interview After RFE ?

Does USCIS normally transfer the case to local office after RFE ? I mean my question is if RFE has been issued for Employment and paystubs, then will there be a chance for transfer to local office ?

Mine is also EB3 based, but I didn't do any interview. I got mine approval few days ago from Vermont. ND: OCT 2003

There is no fixed rule. Most cases after RFE get approved but a small number are transferred to local office for further review/interview.
