We couple past 60 age visited us on 10th March 2024 and returned mid May 2024 to see my ailing mother in law on B1b2 visa. Now we have to visit to see our daughter in a different city on 1st Feb 2025 with a return ticket on 25th July 2025..
Will this create any issue at POE - chance of rejection ? Need guidance quickly since the travel date is coming soon

You visited US in 2024 for 2 months and are visiting again in 2025 for less than 6 months.
I don't see any issue with this at all. People do such travel often.
Make sure you don't overstay the 6 months period granted on I-94 when you enter US.
Did you visit US before 2024 too? If so did you return back within 6 months period?

2024 March visit was the first ever

Likely not an issue but bring proof of ties/reason to return home in case they ask to see it at the border, especially if your daughter is a US citizen.
Also be sure to check the admission period to be sure you don’t overstay. It is usually 6 months which your plans will be fine for, but sometimes they make it shorter - 3 months.

For anyone reading this later, the main issue with frequent visits is 'immigrant intent.' Officers want to ensure you will go back. As a lawyer, I always advise clients to carry documents showing strong ties to their home country (like property deeds or active business records) just in case. Av. Tolga ÇELİK
