My wife and I applied for our citizenship last month (21st) from MD. While my wife received her PD and FP notice within a month, I did not. After a while decided to call the NSC. The first person who answered the phone was little stern and just mentioned that as long as they had cashed the check (which they have done), I have to wait for 90 days before I could call them to inquire the status. After learning so much from this site, I decided to be persistent and called them again. The guy was very straightforward and after hearing my story said I need to speak to an immigration officer. After 20 minutes on hold, I got an officer who was extremely pleasant to talk to. After tracking down my application, she discovered instead of 20854 (Potomac MD) they have entered 02854 (Kingston, RI) and that I have been scheduled for FP on the 28th instant. She said it could add an additional 30 days of delay and said she will correct it on the screen. She did give me a tracking # for the case. I am sure this goes as an address correction (as opposed to a USCIS mistake) and hopefully they will forward me a new FP notice.
