Interpreter Job Question

My uncle wants to be an interpreter in immigration cases for urdu, hindi and punjabi to english interpretation. Can you suggest who shall he contact so he can be called whenever the immigration services need help of interpreter.

did you mean USCIS? or the private immigration services (private companies)?

is your Uncle a state license interpreter?
 
He is not licensed but he has just retired and he is looking for some interpretation work with any agency.
Will you know who shall he contact or how can he get it done.
