The memon regarding 180 rule reads " a Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status, on the basis of the EB immigrant petition has been filed and remaind unadjudicated for 180 days or more........."
I want you guys to tell me what they mean by filed ( received date or Notice Date ?????) help me in interpreting this....in critical position....
