You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

Does this mean they completed things, and didn't need the info I sent them?

Based on that do you think my interview appointment will be arriving soon?

Also, if you send your info to the Chicago lockbox, what location do you check to get processing times? I assume it's not the local office because Boston is saying they're processing cases from April, and I know that's not right.

The email means that they got stuff you sent them for the RFE.

Yes, you should check your DO for processing times for I-485. Yes, they are wildly inaccurate and mainly exist to use against you when your case is being processed sloly for some reason.

apparently i didn't send in or they they see all the forms i needed and they sent me an rfe. they said that i would have to wait 90 days after the the day they got the rfe for my ead.. so insted a of getting the ead in 30 or 40 days, i was to wait longer.

i got the same letter you got. so that menat that that it was back tot he regular timeline. got my ead three weeks later. now, if the processing is bad enough, it won't really matter since you wil have to wait 90 days.

From what I understand it depends on the kind of RFE they're asking for. I'm trying to figure this out myself. Apparently if the RFE was initial, the 90 days for the EAD start over from the time you get a notice from USCIS saying they received all requested documents.
Not so if the RFE was additional documents.
