Internet cafe

I have allready existing B1/B2 Visa with expiration date 04MAY2006.
My passport expiration date is 23.07.2008.

Now i want to get E2 Visa for longer period.
I have idea to open LLC company in USA to open Internet cafe. Total investment about 50k.

Is it better to go in USA open LLC company and start with Internet cafe and then applay for E2 Visa

or

Just to go now in local US embassy to applay for US E2 Visa.


Any suggestion for this case?
Please any help is welcome.!!!

I would make the investment first before applying. I think it's actually a requirement. At 50K you will need a strong case too, it's possible though.

The funds must be irrevocably committed to the enterprise. See 8 C.F.R. Sec. 214.2(e)(12). However, it is possible to escrow the funds to protect you if the application is denied.

You need an attorney to help you with this. Either that, or you need to do a LOT of research on your own. For startup businesses, E-2 visas are not easy.
