International Travel during Pregnancy

Hi ,

My 485 is pending and I plan on travelling to my home country using AP
Would there be any problem at the Port Of Entry as I am expecting baby

Any recent experience at JFK?

I guess you have already been granted advance parole and it shouldn't be a problem. How long are you planning to state outside the States? HAve you discussed this with any lawyer?

have u thought of one more point .... while u r out of US in your home country and u give birth to your child ..how r going to get the baby back to US ... while

case 1 :- if u or ur husband has H1/L1 valid then u can get H4 for baby
if u r not on H1/L1 then it will be difficult to get in the country

case 2 :- if ur greencard is approved while u r out of US ... how u r gonna
get the baby in US ... i think u have to follow to join for baby
which will take years

Well all the above point are of no concern if u coming back to US still pregnant.

if U are in later part of pregnancy .. the airlines guys may not allow U to board the plane..

If U are early part then it should be OK.

Thanks for the kind feedback... I am travelling during my 4th-5th month of pregnancy and will be returning after 5 weeks. Would there be any problem at POE as I will be entering using AP (Just approved, and good for 1 year)
