International Travel during I-485 stage

My wife and I are planning to travel outside the USA while my I-485 is still in process. Do I need to get advance parole and EAD card to re-enter the US ? I am currently in H1-B status.

I am planning to get my visa stamped in India. One of the questions on the visa questionaire is about immigrant visa application. As I am in I-485 stage, I will to answer yes to this question. So, would there be any problem in getting a stamp ? In other words, is the I-485 processing in conflict with getting an H1-B stamp ? In this situation, how do I get back in the US without advance parole ?

No problem

I got my H1B visa stamped in Mexico after filing my I485. I did answer
"yes" to all those questions on the application. That should not pose a problem. I entered the US last week on my H1B visa. I have Advance Parole and EAD but I did not even mention that at the port of entry.
You should have nothing to worry about

I have comparable situation. My H1B visa and H4 visas of wife and child expired in June 2001 and 6 year limit also over. We are on 485/EAD/AP status. Is there any problem of going to India and return using AP . Someone who travelled on such situation, please explain.
THanks.
