International Travel after filing Packet3

Hi all,

Is there problem in travelling outside U.S after filing Packet3 or after getting I-824 receipt. Asking this because i have to travel europe and malaysia next month on work/business. Is there a problem when i come back to US @ port of entry?

Please let me know. Appreciate your help.

If you have a valid H or L visa to enter US, there should be no problem. The fact that you have filed packet 3 should not really matter. If your visa is of any other category, there could be a potential problem.

Valid H1 Visa

Yes i got valid H1 Visa, hence i should not have any problems. I also think so the same.
