Homeopathy studied in International countries such as India, UK etc. is not at all considered and recognized in any Universities in the United States.
Students who study 5 and one half years of Bachelors degree is not even considered as a Bachelors degree in the United States.
What a shame!
Even Physiology and Anatomy that is considered each of 14 credits equivalent in United States is not even considered in the United States.
If Homeopathy is not recognized in the United States, if such students want to study M.D in any United States (U.S) University, they should be allowed some subjects getting transferred to U.S University. Even if such students wants to practice as M.D they have to do 4 years of per-medicine degree course (Consisting of what Indian Universities offer courses in college level courses i.e. 11th and 12th grades) then appear for MCAT exam which is a very tough exam.
After successfully passing and getting good marks pass the interview in college that you are applying for M.D. If you qualify, then spent rest of 4-6 years doing M.D, thus spending nearly $50,000 in your re-education.
What a waste of studying Homeopathy in countries likes India, U.K and then coming to United States for future studies!
Students from all colleges and Universities from India should be made aware of this fact that if they study Homeopathy, this degree is not recognized in United States, if in case they think coming to United States for future studies.
Shame Shame Shame on Homeopathy degree offered in India.
Other way around, shame shame shame on U.S educational Universities that cannot respect course work taught in Homeopathy courses.
People from United States treat Homeopathy as “Quack” and a half-education.
My question is:
If such International Homeopaths exists in United States, what they are supposed to do? How their knowledge can be utilized in the U.S? There is nothing that they can do other than re-do studies like M.D, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses etc. Damn!
Why Anatomy and Physiology should be retaken in U.S Universities even when these subjects are already proven equivalent to U.S Universities?
Note: Physiology and Anatomy taught in Homeopathy is neither on dead animals nor on dead/live plants, it is taught on human bodies. I believe Anatomy and Physiology of human bodies should be same for any living human person on any part of the world!
You got to tell your Homeopath dudes in India that if they intent to come to United States for further studies, they have made wrong decision.
Any comments on this?
