International business travel, don’t have H1B stamped, applied for AP, EAD, 140 & 485

My company wants me to go UK for business travel. I have applied for i-140, AP, EAD, and i-485 last month and currently I am on H1B visa. I am expecting AP with in months but I have to go to UK in few days. I never got H1B stamped on my passport. I was transferred from F1 to H1B in 1999 and I have never been out of USA since then. I was wondering since I don't have H1B stamped, do I have to go back to my country to get H1B stamped or can I get it from UK. Also note that I am from special registration country. Could you please kindly suggest me how safe it would be to leave USA for me?

I Personally think , it is not safe for you to leave USA . Better stick for some more time and Get your GC before you leave . Too much at stake for you to leave USA

Thats not true. If you are on business then take letter from your client and take visa from UK.
Please check what documents you need to take before landing in UK - This is very important.
Visit US embassy in UK. Send them a mail to confirm about your issue.
I had the same situation and sent them a letter. They confirmed: I can apply for visa in UK. But later my travel was postponed
