Does anyone have any experience with OCI and adoption? I found this on a website:

" Married couples that are OCI card holders or couples in which one parent carries an Indian passport may adopt through the regular India program."
However,
I visited this Indian Govt website and it did not offer any clues about this
http://www.adoptionindia.nic.in/
If you know anyine who has done this, I'd be very interested in speaking with them.
