(URGENT) Please help!! Intra company transfer question
Can an employer internally transfer an employee from one position to another position (exactly same title, duties, salary etc) at another location by just making an amendment in H1B. Does the employer need to post the job advertisement and do full open recruitment process before he can assign the position at this new location to the employee.
