Here is my situation:
RD 05/23/01,
RD 07/27/01,
EAD 11/9/01,
FP 11/27/01
I am expecting to receive approval notice by the end of Feb. 2002.
Here is the question:
If I do an internal transfer within the company (but in a different state) at the begining of March(after 180 days), how does this affect my application? If my I485 is not approved by then, will I risk my GC? Many thanks!
