Hi,
I am doing an internal transfer to a different group in my company. My new job description is different from my current job description. My 6th year on H1B visa will expire in March 2008. I have an approved I-140 in EB2 category based on my current job description.
I would appreciate if gurus can help me with:
1> What the company needs to do ensure my H1B is still valid?
2> Can I still use the old approved I-140 for my green card application and H1B extensions?
3> Or Will I have to start a new green card application?
Thanks.
