Internal Job Transfer. Any Consequences on LC, I - 140 , 1485 ?? ?

I already have received my LC under RIR from CA. However, as my department is shutting down (thanks to the economy), I have been offered an internal job transfer to another group with 50% new job functions and 50% same as old job.

QUESTION : Will this affect my approved LC ? as I have filed for I 140 now.

It all depends on how u have maintained relationship with your employer or how sensitive he/she is towards your immigration needs. Try to convince them not to change your Job Title and find a good attorney....
