interm AP not emergency AP

It has been more than 90 day since I have applied AP (nsc), Can I go to local chicago office and apply for INTERM AP not emergency AP. at least infopass has following option:

*It has been more than 90 days since you filed an I-131, and you did not receive an Advance Parole


any body tried this option......any advice
