Hi ,

My 3rd EAD application has been pending for 3 months now.

As my current EAD expires end of this month, I am planning to apply for an interim EAD at the local office.

Questions

1) I am in Santa Clara , CA. Can you please let me know the Local office address for applying interim EAD ? Is it same as the office where I gave Fingerprinting (ASC on Charcot Avenue in San Jose) ?

2) Do the 90 days mean 90 workings days ? My 3rd EAD RD is 09-OCT-2003.

3) I am planning to take the following
I-765 receipt notice
I-485 receipt notice
Passport
2nd EAD card

Do I need anything else like ADIT photos, Fee/checks etc

Thanks

No.
You may count 90 calendar days from RD.

You had better download I-765 form and fill it out before your visit.

No.

Good luck,

Hi kashmir and all,

I found the following and wondering at what time I should reach there ? I am planning to go monday or tuesday next week.

Walk-ins:
To speak with an Immigration Information Officer (IIO), you must get a ticket available on a first-come-first-served basis at the Triage counter. Only a limited number of tickets is available each day. Tickets are issued after 7:00 AM from Monday through Friday for same day visits. Once the maximum number of tickets has been reached each day, no more numbers will be issued. Numbers are issued based on the availability of officers for the day. Please see Field Office Closings for information on scheduled and unscheduled closings of this office. Please note that you may have to wait several hours until your number is called.

Yes it is true. I went to SFO office at 6.55 am there were already more than 50 people ahead of me in que. I got in and token at 8.30 am and they announced at 9.15 am that tokens were out for that day.
