S Sharabi Banned Apr 7, 2003 #1 It is my understanding that if your EAD renewal is pending for more than 90 days, we are eligible to go to INS local office and get interim EAD. Do you guys know if 90 days is counted from RD or ND ? Has anyone have gottom interim EAD ? iif yes what's procedure ?
