Has anyone recently gotten their interim EAD at the San Jose INS? We wanted to go and get one for my wife so she can start working temporarily. Please post your experience and the required documents. What kind of questions are asked if any? What is the period of the issued card? Any info. will be greatly appreciated.

We went on 11/05. Download the I-765 form from ins.gov. Fill up the form. Take a copy of I765 Receipt notice.. Have a picture ID handy. That\'s all you need.. It will not be any problem..
