Hello guys, I had two questions about interim EAD. Thanks for your input on the same.
1) For obtaining an interim EAD 90 days from RD of I-765, is it really important for the dependant applicant to go along with the primary applicant? Or can the dependant applicant go by himself/herself without the primary applicant to obtain an interim EAD.
2) If one files his I-485 and I-765 at say CSC. And say the dependent applicant moves out after some time to NSC jurisdiction. Then can the dependent applicant obtain an interim EAD from a local service center which falls in NSC jurisdiction? That is can one obtain an interim EAD from a service center which falls in different jurisdiction then the one where his/her I-485 and 765 are pending.
