Hi,
I would like to know if INS is issuing any interim EAD's. receipt date on my i-765 is june 5th. I was just wondering why do they have infopass appointments category 'EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days.' if they are not issuing interim EAD's any more. I have an employment offer ready but waiting for my EAD. Can somebody tell me if taking an infopass appointment in this category can help me? and also what are the processing times for EAD in general?
